A Night At The Magic Mirror Tent

Around the beginning of March 2003, a few independent spirits secretly gathered in one place: the magic mirror tent. For one night, they instigated conspiracy, invented group frenzy and repeatedly made their way into the state of desire. They were individuals of all sorts: adventurers, born improvisers, changeable crooners, cabaret singers, second-class poets and excited friends. We are dealing here with rebellious spirits, provocateurs and troublemakers. Amazing music from amazing performers!

Metropolis Shanghai - Showboat To China
During the first half of the 20th century, Shanghai was divided into territories: the French Concession, the International Settlement (“owned” by England and the U.S.), the Chinese/historical city, and the Jewish Ghetto. This is the sound story about the “Paris of the East” or, alternately, the “Whore of Asia” – about the “Golden Era” of the greatest Asian city in the ’30s and ’40s. Shanghai was one of the most extreme places that ever existed!
